Private Knitting Lessons

Are you needing help learning some special technique? Private knitting lessons are available. This one-on-one session is private, personalized, and by appointment only.

Afghan Class: One Square a Month
{ $15 }
Sybil will be leading us through the knitting of The Great American Afghan. Come by and see the afghan, pick out your yarn, and join the class! The class is offered “as a pay as you go”. The $15 cost is per-class per-month and you have your choice of coming in on Thursdays or Saturdays. This is a two year project, if you choose to knit one square a month. Knitters are encouraged to knit the squares at their own pace. PLEASE NOTE: you might have to wait for “your turn” during shop hours. You will always have her undivided attention during regular class times. The class will start with the easier squares and gradually work our way through the more difficult ones.

Mother-Daughter Let's Learn How-to Knit Together

This is a special class for mothers and daughters to learn how to knit. The cost is for one mother and one daughter and does not include matierials. Class is limited to four total participants and is available by appointment only on weekday afternoons or evenings.

Have you always wanted to learn how to knit? Now is the time to learn….you will learn how to cast on, knit, purl, get gauge, bind off, increase,decrease, read a pattern and a ball band! This information is spread out over 3 class sessions. By the end of your classes you will be knitting on a project of your choice.
